Nestled in the sacred land of Sri Mayapur Dhama, the ISKCON Goshala is home to hundreds of cows, bulls, and calves, all lovingly cared for by dedicated devotees. As one of the largest cow protection projects in the world, it upholds the principles of ahimsa (non-violence) and sustainable agriculture, providing fresh milk for temple offerings and promoting ethical dairy practices. The goshala also serves as an educational center, inspiring visitors to reconnect with the sacred relationship between humans and cows.
Set in the lush hinterlands of northern New South Wales, New Govardhana Farm is a vibrant community dedicated to sustainable living and cow protection. The goshala is home to a growing herd of rescued and well-loved cows and oxen, who play a vital role in the farm’s natural, chemical-free agricultural practices. With a focus on devotional care and traditional ox-work, New Govardhana preserves the ancient wisdom of harmonious living with nature.
Located in the scenic Hunter Valley, New Gokula Farm is a peaceful sanctuary where cows, bulls, and calves are protected for life. Here, the goshala follows the principle of “no slaughter, only service”, ensuring that every cow is treated with love and respect regardless of their milk production.
